KIND OF GROSS, FIRST TIME I WENT RUNNING AFTER FEVER GONE, A LOT OF SPITTING AHEAD OF ME, NO ONE AROUND THAT WAS GOOD. CLEARED OUT MY WHAT EVER TUBES, AND I STARTED GETTING BETTER.
I STARTED RUNNING ON SNOW, HAVE 2, BUT GOING TO BUY YAC TRACKS, AT LOCAL RUNNING STORE, MY XMAS PRESENT TO ME. UP DATE TO MY SELF. i SPENT THE MONTH OF OCT. WORKING ON MY STRIDE I WEILL USE IN MARATHON, A LOPE, FASTER THEN A POWER WALK. HOW I FOUND MY STRIDE OR LOPE. I WALKED AS FAST AS I COULD, WENT IT GOT MISERABLE, I BROKE INTO A LOPE. mY COACH TOLD ME TO TAKE MY BASIC RUNNING PROGRAM, HE WROTE FOR ME, AND EXCHANGE THE WALKING PART FOR MY MARATHON STRIDE, OR WHAT I CALL MY LOPE. I AM TO DO ACCELERATION ONCE A WEEK, PURPOOSE TO GET STRONGER, AND FASTER. I DO NOT WANT ANY ONE TO THINK I AM WALKING THE PORTLAND MARATHON, THAT MEANS EVERYBODY, AND ANYBODY. LITTLE JOKE.

latest finding, as soon as no fever, exercise, mild jogging, or walking helps to break up problems, fresh air good for you. Found this out this week, felt better when outside, warm part of day, dressed warm water, once fever gone. Cheers me up, if nothing else.
